Stretch was talking about his selection precess for his new ride and came up with a sterling plan. He likes his small wheels (26) but would look for a 26" frame that would be 27.5" compatible. Quite smart i thought!

Mountain Bike Nutrition – Interview with the PN Team
A while back I was lucky enough to get two members of the Precision Nutrition team on the phone to talk about nutrition for mountain biking. We discussed some basic nutrition strategies, some race day strategies, supplement recommendations and dispelled some myths about carbo loading and sodium bicarbonate (baking soda).
