Mawbs - stoopid question...

Is this stuff low-GI? (The energy drink specifically.) I had the worst bonk of my life on Saturday - sat shivering in the heat like a chihuahua having seen a lion... the mrs had to come and pick me up 15 k's from home, simply could not continue. Several things gone wrong, so I don't just put it in front of the Enduren door. But was wondering whether I did something wrong and that this is low-GI and maybe some of the stuff I ate inbetween may have then sold me up the river.

No definately not LOW Gi so i dont know why this happened to you. I use it exclusively combined with the bars i have been getting some real good riding done. In fact one of my mates that i ride with all the time asked me the other day if i was using some secret enhancer..waahahaha. Mabey it was just a lot of small circumstances that all combined and hit you all at once, it happens.

Thanks for the feedback! Didn't think it was low-GI, but wanted to confirm that I did not stuff that up (also!) on the day! It was just one of them days... If any of 10 things went differently, I'm sure I'd have been fine, just trying to eliminate some other things as well.

Like I said, I'm definitely not simply blaming the drink - I know there was a good couple of other factors involved as well.
