Whizzkid replied to the topic Re: Sport Tracking Apps in the forum.Okay, so downloaded the software and installed it. Looks very impressive, but I was a little bummed that it in fact requires the Polar Wearlink+ with bluetooth HR transmitter and not the plain Wearlink+
Anyway I am going to try the GPS tracking thing during the Subaru ride on Sunday and see how it works.

Schweet bike, S! Couple of things to get rid of... but other than that, ready to roll!
Best thing will be to get into a friendly local group. And get used to riding in a bunch and handling the bike (and some idiots) in the bunch. The bike obviously handles vastly differently, but that's an easy switch.
ENJOY!
First thing I got rid of was the flat pedals ... later will be the saddle, to be replaced with something a bit more sleek.
And it is so true SeaBee, .... the handling of this bike is so different to what I'm used to !!! I went out with a bunch of rides yesterday morning, but I stayed way behind the person in front of me ... must have looked a bit odd to them
And yes Whizzkid ... this road bike is so light as compared to my MTB bike !!! I can also but only dream of a lighter MTB bike.

Thanks Zabio, thats some good advice on making use of Suikerbos! I'd never actually been through there and it's less than 30mins away from me
Best of luck with the Giants, perhaps when I'm all grown-up I can run with the big dogs as well
Untill then though, I think I'll wait on the porch...
